Like writing 60 day offers?  Didn't think so.  Our wholesale partners include the fastest teams that can be found across the industry.  For agency loans, our average time to closing is well under 30 days; we have achieved 5-day CTC.  Our processors are absolutely on top of it, and our direct access to underwriters, unlike the layers of red tape encountered with retail lenders, makes us lightning-quick.

We offer among the most diverse line of programs within the industry, encompassing nearly every mortgage program, both full doc and otherwise, that can help cover the needs of all borrowers we encounter.  Anyone can do agency loans.  But how about no income loans?  VOE-Only FHA loans?  Bank statement loans?  Asset Depletion?  No income conventional?  ITIN or Foreign National?  The more we can do, the more you can do.
